As a new type of human-computer interaction input medium, touch screen has the characteristics of simple, intuitive, convenient, and user-friendly operation of various program interfaces, and has become one of the common and effective ways of inputting human-computer interaction problems.
In recent years, with the rapid development of information technologies such as 5G technology, Internet of Things, cloud computing, and big data, more requirements have been put forward for touch products, which are one of the media for human-computer interaction, such as ultra large size, high-definition display, fast response, and precise touch. The bonding technology of touch screens has also evolved from traditional framing to full bonding technology.
Full fit technology is the use of optical adhesive to fully fit the panel and touch screen together in a seamless manner. Due to the absence of air layers between layers, it can effectively reduce the loss of light reflection and light transmission, effectively isolate foreign objects such as dust and water vapor from entering. Compared with traditional framing technology, it has the advantages of better display effect and smooth touch operation. It has been widely used in industries such as communication services, banking and finance, education and training, entertainment facilities, industrial control, and medical equipment.
As one of the important raw materials for full adhesion, optical adhesive can be mainly divided into two categories according to the form of the product: solid OCA optical tape and liquid OCR (Optical Clear Resin), which are further divided into acrylic OCR and organic silicon liquid OCR.
Organic silicon liquid OCR has the characteristics of being colorless and transparent after curing, with a light transmittance of over 98%, low curing shrinkage, and resistance to yellowing.
During the bonding process, the organic silicon liquid OCR only needs to undergo the process of dispensing, bonding, leveling, defoaming, and curing to complete the bonding. It has strong versatility, and one adhesive can correspond to multiple different products. The size requirements for the bonded products are not high, and the gap filling is good. It can be used for bonding large sizes, curved surfaces, and various complex structures and interfaces.
Excellent performance
Compared with acrylic ester based OCR, organosilicon OCR can cure at room or medium temperature, with lower curing shrinkage, better resistance to yellowing, high temperature and humidity, and cold and hot impact. It has obvious advantages in industries with high environmental testing requirements, such as large-sized touch screen products and automotive, industrial control, and medical devices.
